Dana Ribas has been operating in the market for over three decades and has earned the trust of customers throughout Lithuania for good reason. Many years of experience ensure that here, customers will find what is truly worth finding, receive professional service, and get a professional answer to any question that may arise.
The beginning of Dana Ribas’s professional journey was gemology, the science of gemstones. This is where the foundation was laid for what continues to define her work today: the ability to evaluate a diamond’s characteristics, quality, and value.
Certainty begins with knowledge.
In 2010, Dana Ribas became the only representative of the Baltic States to become a member of the Israel Diamond Exchange. This is one of the most important centers of the international diamond market. Membership here is determined not only by professional experience, but also by the reputation and trust earned over many years of work.
Membership in one of the world’s most important diamond exchanges provided not only direct access to the international diamond market, but also shaped the professional standards that Dana follows to this day – from evaluating diamond quality to taking responsibility for every choice.
This connection with the exchange continues today – “Dana Ribas Jewellery” diamonds are selected and purchased at the Israel Diamond Exchange.
One of the most prominent symbols of this approach became the red string bracelet with a diamond, an idea that was born while Dana was still living in Israel.
By complementing the symbolic meaning of the red string with a real diamond, a piece of jewelry emerged that can be worn completely differently – every day, close to you, and without waiting for a special occasion. Brought to Lithuania, the bracelet became one of the most recognizable “Factory by Ribas” jewelry pieces and a practical proof of Dana’s approach to diamonds.
This is not just the story of a single piece of jewelry – it is the belief that a diamond can belong not to an occasion, but to a person.
After many years in the international diamond market, Dana Ribas returned to Lithuania with experience, knowledge, and a clear vision – to change how diamonds are understood and chosen here.
At that time, a diamond was primarily a symbol of a special occasion. Dana offered a different perspective: a true diamond does not need to wait for an engagement, an anniversary, or any other date on the calendar. You can choose it for yourself, wear it every day, and create your own story with it.
This vision became the foundation of “Factory by Ribas”. Along with the brand, the diamond culture fostered by Dana began to form in Lithuania, based on knowledge, conscious choice, and the belief that a true diamond does not require a special occasion. Her contribution to the Lithuanian jewelry market was not limited to her own brand – Dana Ribas also introduced internationally recognized jewelry houses to Lithuanian customers, such as “Messika”, the LVMH group’s “FRED”, “Pasquale Bruni”, and “Yana Nesper”, thereby expanding not only the selection but also the familiarity with global fine jewelry culture.
After a decade, the story of “Factory by Ribas” returns to where it began – to the name of Dana Ribas. A name behind which, even before the emergence of the brand, stood responsibility: gemological knowledge, international experience, and a professional relationship with diamonds.
“Factory by Ribas” becomes “Dana Ribas Jewellery”. This is not a new beginning, but a natural continuation of the accumulated experience – from now on, the brand and the person whose knowledge, standards, and approach built it, share a single name.
The new name also means greater responsibility for what will be created next. Maintaining the same standards of authenticity and quality, “DANA RIBAS Jewellery” steps into the next stage with the ambition to continue shaping the diamond culture in Lithuania.
Everything started with a name. Today, it becomes the future.
